Immigration to the USA from Ukraine

It is necessary to confirm that the person (US citizen or permanent resident) who invites a foreigner to the United States has sufficient financial resources to meet the initial needs of the foreigner in the country. Form I-134 is required for both immigrant and non-immigrant visas. Supporting documents such as copies of tax returns, bank statements, or other financial documents are often required to be submitted along with this form.
