表格的目的

如果您想收养孩子，您应该确定该孩子是否来自海牙公约国家，因为这两种情况的程序有所不同。 填写适当的表格后，美国移民局将确定您是否有资格从这个国家收养孩子。 请注意，在提交申请之前，不建议联系孩子或接受该孩子的安置。
