I-829 表格 | 企业家请求取消永久居民身份的条件

表格的目的

如果您拥有企业家绿卡，您将获得有条件的永久居住地，而其他拥有标准绿卡的人可以毫无问题地改变居住地。 如果您想取消此条件并获得标准绿卡，您应该填写适当的表格。

特别说明

为了获得永久绿卡，您应该在初始绿卡到期前 90 天填写 USCIS 表格 I-829（企业家取消条件申请）。 填写此表格后，您的绿卡将自动延长六个月。 在此期间，移民局将决定是否给予您永久绿卡。 您收到的此表格将作为您的身份证明，在此期间您可以用它来证明您的身份。
