特别说明

在美国境内出生或父母为美国公民的子女，可填写USCIS Form N-600K（根据第322条申请入籍及颁发证书），申请入籍美国。 从其他国家收养儿童的父母也可以提交此表格。 此外，这个孩子的祖父母也可以申请这份表格。 但是，在这种情况下，表格必须在父母去世后五年内提交。
