How to attach additional records to my N-400 application?
There are times when a standard form is not enough to fit in all the information you are about to provide, especially when it comes to Form N-400. Such an issue is common when you are about to provide the information about your travel records, previous addresses or employees. If you see that the information you need to provide does not fit into the provided space – you are bound to provide the additional information in a civilized and organized way. The truth is that if the required information wasn’t presented in a neat way some confusion may arise. There are cases where such confusion leads to the Request for Evidence or rejection.
In case you are in need of some additional space all you need to do is use a separate sheet of paper to put it on. However, you need to type your name and Alien Registration Number, if you have one, on every additional sheet you provide. You should not forget to indicate the Page Number, Part Number, and Item Number to which the answer has the connection. Keep it in mind that such a sheet should be placed right behind the form
