When does the e-notification come?
To begin with, it should be mentioned that only one email or text notification will be sent to you for every separate form you applied for.
After USCIS receives and begins to process your application – a notification will be sent to you. Usually, it takes up to 24 hours. It needs to be pointed out that before they accept the application (Form G-1145), USCIS needs to process its correctness as well as the fees you paid should be validated. This means that the form can actually be accepted within a few days and only then the e-notification will be delivered.
What is more, you need to be aware of the fact that in case you provide some incorrect information and e-notification can’t be delivered, it won’t be resent. Be attentive!
