Form I-508F | Request for Waiver of Rights, Privileges, Exemptions, and Immunities for French Nationals

Form Is Used for

This form applies only to French citizens, who receive their wages from French companies or the state of France. The form is designed according to Section 247(b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and the Convention between the USA and the French Republic. It is aimed at accounting of income and property taxes.

When submitting the form, nationals of France have to fill in Form I-508 in addition. These two documents have to be submitted conjunctly to the same office where the citizens provide associated forms I-485 or I-131. The package is processed by USCIS (US Citizenship and Immigration Services).
