Purpose of Form

Entrepreneurs are one of the most important foundations of our economy. There are thousands of business persons in the US who pay enormous taxes to the state budget and create new jobs for our people, that’s why our government is really interested in immigrating of entrepreneurs to the US because they make our country wealthier.

Special Instructions

If you have a solid business plan or enough money to invest in our country and create your own business in the US, you can immigrate to the US. You need to file USCIS Form I-526 (Immigrant Petition by Alien Entrepreneur) if you want to immigrate to the US as a business person.
