Purpose of Form
The American legislation includes a lot of circumstances, which can be considered as reasons for inadmissibility. These inadmissibility circumstances were created in order to keep the United States of America safe. For example, this list includes dangerous and contagious illnesses. In addition, grounds of inadmissibility can be also criminal proceedings or other circumstances which may restrict access to our country. If you are not admissible to the US but you would like to cancel this restriction, you should file the appropriate form.
According to 245A or 210 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, you should file USCIS Form I-690 (Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility Under Sections 245A or 210 of the Immigration and Nationality Act) in order to waive these restrictions.
