Form I-924 | Application For Regional Center Designation Under the Immigrant Investor Program
Purpose of Form
There is a special opportunity to immigrate to the US under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program if you agree to become an investor and invest your money in projects, which are known as Regional Centers. Regional Centers submit their own applications in order to show that they are ready to accept investments from other countries. They have to submit USCIS Form I-924 (Application For Regional Center Under the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program). After that, Regional Centers can accept I-526 applications from investors who are interested in these business projects.
Special Instructions
Regional centers have to submit USCIS Form I-924 if they want to keep their status of Regional Centers and obtain investments from other countries. In addition, they can submit this form in order to change their current designation.
