Form I-924A | Annual Certification of Regional Center
Purpose of Form
Regional Centers in the US are special projects which are made in order to attract and accept funds from investors from other countries according to the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program. The Immigrant Investor Pilot Program gives a possibility for foreign investors to invest in the US economy and approved US projects (regional centers), earn money and create new jobs. This program helps the government to boost the economy of the US.
Special Instructions
There is a special USCIS Form I-924A, which Regional Center has to fill every year in order to keep the Regional Center designation. This form has to be submitted until December 29. If the Regional Center manages to fill this form, it means that it will remain in the Immigrant Investor Pilot Program and it will be able to attract new investments.
