Form N-336 | Request for a Hearing on a Decision in Naturalization Proceedings (Under Section 336 of the INA)
Purpose of Form
If you are a permanent resident of the US who meets all citizenship eligibility requirements, you can apply for US citizenship. However, the USCIS office may refuse submitting your application for some reasons. If you realize that this decision is not legal or it’s just an error, you should fill the appropriate form in order to solve this problem. On the other hand, if your application was refused because of you are not eligible for citizenship, you should discuss this problem with a US immigration attorney to find possible ways to solve your problem.
