Form N-4 | Monthly Report Naturalization Papers
Purpose of Form

In fact, this document provides comprehensive information about naturalized citizens during the previous month. This document makes USCIS obliged to pay for these ceremonies. This form is filled by clerks of courts, which conduct these ceremonies under Section 339 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1450) or 8 CFR 339, have to submit this Form.
