Download the EOIR-29 form, notice of appeal to the Immigration Board by decision of a DHS employee. You can use this form if you want to appeal the decision of USCIS on the form I-130 or I-360. Do not use this form if you want to appeal a visa denial (DS-157, DS-230, or DS-260). You can clarify the form submission address by reviewing the instructions in the letter with the USCIS solution.
