Download the form AR-11 card for changing the address of an alien. If you are a foreigner in the United States, you must notify the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) of any changes to your address using the AR-11 form. You must inform USCIS of the change of address within 10 days after the move. Registration fee for form AR-11 is not charged.
