Persons granted temporary residence in accordance with Section 245A of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) may use this form to apply for a permanent resident status adjustment in accordance with the provisions of the Amnesty Program of the Immigration Reform and Control Act 1986 (IRCA) .
