Download I-508F Form
Download form I-508F, a request to waive the rights, privileges, benefits and immunities for citizens of France. French nationals who receive salary from the French Republic use Form I-508F in accordance with Section 247 (b) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) and the convention between the United States of America and the French Republic on taxes on income and property. A French citizen intending to submit this form must also fill out Form I-508 and submit both forms together. Fill out an I-508F form with I-508 form at the same USCIS office where you submitted the appropriate I-485 form or I-131 form. The fee for submitting the I-508F form is not charged.
