Download the form I-526, the immigration petition of a foreign entrepreneur. The form is used if the entrepreneur wishes to immigrate to the United States. The application must be submitted to the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). Fill out all sections of the form, and do not forget to sign it. The filing fee is paid by money order, personal check or cash register check.
